LOCATING TENANTS
We use several tools to market our properties and complete a thorough screening process to ensure that you will be getting the best tenants possible to occupy your property.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We contract with quality maintenance vendors in the Montrose area to keep your property in good working order. We take care of the entire process from generating the work orders to locating the vendors and ensuring that the work is done in a timely manner.
RENT COLLECTION
Monthly rents are due on the 1st of each month. We work with tenants to get your payments to you on time and in full. If a problem arises we take care of it for you quickly and effectively. We also handle the entire eviction process should the need arise.
UTILITIES PAYMENTS
The City of Montrose no longer allows water bills to be put into the name of tenants. Therefore, we collect the water bill amount from the tenants each month along with their rent and we pay the water bills to the City on your behalf.
MOVE IN/MOVE OUT
We take care of all of the move-in and move-out procedures with the tenants. From initial showings and inspections to signing leases and collecting deposits for moving in. At move-out, we take care of inspections, generating maintenance and cleaning lists, ordering any work that needs to be done and refunding any remaining tenant deposits.
